The
programme selector
is used to set the
machine to the required programme, by turning
it clockwise (to the right) until it reaches the re
quired programme. See Programme table on
Page 6^and Fig.
The
temperature selector
is used to set the
wash temperature.
To ensure a gentle wash, the maximum tempe
rature of 60 °C for easy-care programmes and
40 °C for woollens is not exceeded, even if a
higher temperature is selected.

As soon as this button is pressed, the machine
starts the selected programme. The power indi
cator light comes on.
Caution; for reasons of safety the machine will
not run if the door is not properly closed even it
the ON light is illuminated and the "ON/OFF"
button has been pressed.
During the wash cycle the door cannot be
opened. In order to open the door, the machine
must first be switched OFF ("ON/OFF" button).
Make sure that the ON light is not illuminated.
The door can be opened approximately 2 mi
nutes after switching off the machine.
O - Rinse hold
When this button is pressed, the laundry re
mains in the final rinse water to prevent
creasing.
