Use the space bar, backspace key and margin release key as required to bring the carrier to the position
at which you desire to set the left margin. Then press the L MAR/R MAR key.

Use the space bar, backspace key and margin release key as required to bring the carrier to the position
at which you desire to set the right margin. Then hold down the CODE key as you press the L MAR/R
MAR key.
As you type a beep will sound when the carrier reaches the 6th character position from the right margin.
When this happens, either press the carrier return at the end of the current word or press the margin
release key when you reach the right margin and continue to type.
