TROUBLESHOOTING
GLASS TRAY
PROBLEM
CAUSE
The glass tray will not move.
• The glass tray is not correctly in place. It should be correct-side up and sitting firmly
on the center hub.
• The support is not operating correctly. Remove the glass tray and restart the oven.
If the hub still does not move, call Sears Service at 1-800-4-MY-HOME®. Cooking
without the glass tray can give you poor results.
TONES
PROBLEM
CAUSE
You do not hear the programming
or end-of-cycle tone.
• You have not entered the correct command.
The audible tone has been disabled.
• Tone must be enabled.
DISPLAY MESSAGES
PROBLEM
CAUSE
The display is flashing “: ”.
• There has been a power interruption. Reset the clock. (See the "Clock" section on
Page 10.)
If none of these items is causing your problem, call Sears Service at 1-800-4-MY-HOME®.
