STANDARD BREAD RECIPES
NOTE:
For best resuits, always use Bread Flour or All Purpose Flour for these bread
recipes. Do not use self-rising or cake flour.

BASIC WHITE BREAD

1 cup + 2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. Canola oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. dry milk powder
3 1/4 cups white bread flour
1 3/4 tsp. active dry yeast
WHOLE WHEAT BREAD
1.5 lb. Loaf
1 cup + 2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. dry milk powder
3 1/4 cups whole wheat bread flour*
3 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
2.0 lb. Loaf
1 1/4 cups + 2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. Canola oil
2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. dry milk powder
4 1/2 cups white bread flour
2 tsp. active dry yeast
2.0 lb. Loaf

* For best results when not using bread flour, we recommend adding Gluten to the
recipe. Add 1/3 cup of Gluten to a 2 lb. recipe. If whole wheat flour is stone ground, you
may need to add up to 1/2 cup of Gluten.
