Care and cleaning of the oven.
Stainless Steel Surfaces
Do not use a steel-wool pad; it will
scratch the surface.
Shake CE)i.AJ\/JA BRYTE® bottle well.
Place a small amount of (’ElbYMA
BRYTE® Stainless Steel Appliance
Cleaner on a
damp
cloth or
damp
paper towel.
Clean a small aiea (approximately
8" X 8'") , nibbing \nth the grain of
the stainless steel if applicable.
Dry and buff with a clean, diy' paper
towel or soft cloth.

Repeat as necessary.

On the lower oven only, the gasket Is
designed with a gap at the bottom to
allow for proper air circulation. The
Trivection™ Oven does not require this.
Do not rub or clean the door gasket
—
it has an extremely low resistance to
abrasion.
if you notice the gasket becoming worn,
frayed or damaged in any way or if it has
become displaced on the door, you should
have it replaced.
Cleaning the Oven Door
To clean the inside of the door:
. TV-i'ause the area inside the gasket is
cleaned during the selfAlean cycle, you
do not need to clean this b\’ hand.
The area outside the gasket and
the door liner can be cleaned with a
soapfilled steel-wool or plastic pad,
hot water and detergent. Rinse well
with a vinegar and water solution.
To clean the outside of the door:
Use soajr and water to thoroughly
clean the toj:>, sides and front of the
oven door. Ihnse well. You may also
use a glass cleaner to clean the glass
on the outside of the door. Do not let
water drip into the vent ojrenings.
II any stain on the door vent trim is
persistent, use a soft abrasive cleaner
and a sponge-scmbber f<>r best results.
Sjrillage of marinades, finit j uices,
tomato sauces and basting mateiials
confctining acids may cause
discoloration and should be wiped
up immediately. WTen surface is cool,
clean and rinse.
I )o not use oven cleaners, cleaning
pow'ders or harsh abrasives on the
outside of the door.
\\ hen cleaning surfaces of door and
oven that come together on closing
the door, use only mild, non-abrasive
soaps or detergents applied with a
sponge or soft cloth.
