ENGINE INSTALLATION
1. In addition to the engine collect the follow-
ing items:
(2) Motor mount
(4) 8-32 blind nut(Installed in fuse)
(4) 8-32 x 1" socket head bolt
(4) #6 x 3/4" sheet metal screw
(4) #8 washer
4. Locate the 1/16” x 18” nose gear steering
pushrod (no threads on either end).Make a
90 degree bend 1/2” long on one end. Put
the end into the outer hole on the nose gear
steering arm and slide the rod into the nylon
tube. Insert the nose gear into the bottom
block then into a wheel collar, then into the
steering arm and finally into the top block.
Push the nose gear flush with the top of the
top block. Tighten the set screw on the
wheel collar and the steering arm.
5. Install the nose wheel and secure with the
other wheel collar.
2. Install the mounts in the fuselage using the 8-
32 bolts and washers. Be sure to use locktite
on the bolts.
3. Position the engine in the mounts making
sure to leave clearance for the spinner back
plate on front.
