Attach the tailgate handle
as shown and insert the
cotter pin in the hole.
These
locations
are where
more
washers
can be
added for
extra
clearance.
The tailgate
doors are
designed to
pivot up and
outward with
very little
effort.
If the doors are hard
to open, there is
probably a tight fit
somewhere along the
path of travel. This
can be fixed by
inserting an extra
washer between the
chute and the tailgate
in the locations shown
in the photo.
