Use the ½” x 8” long bolt at the
top. Make sure that the 3½” long
pipe spacer is used between the
chute and the tailgate.
The 4 Palpation
Cage brackets
face outward.
The tailgate bolts to the rear of the
chute as shown using ½” x 1½” long
bolts and lock nuts.

Stand the Tailgate Assembly up and attach the tailgate to the
rear of the M1 chute.
NOTE: The Palpation Cage brackets should be facingoutward.
Attach the two tailgate linkage straps to the tailgate doors and rocker arm.
The linkages fasten to the door using ½” x 2¼” carriage bolts.
NOTE: The tailgate linkages have to pivot, so leave the bolts a little loose.

preassembled.
