2. Data to Excel
The desired data are filtered and documented in a worksheet. A Pivot function allows to
customize the layout in Excel.To recall data saved in a database use the button "Data to
Excel" from the Data Analysis module (1):
The “Open Data” window opens which allows to specify the data to be selected:
Make sure the required database is selected (2). Data can be filtered out of the database
by selecting specific parameters according to your Organizer definitions, e.g. model, color,
paintline, checkzone (3). The time range can be narrowed down (4) e.g. to the actual week
or day.
By pressing the "Show Data" button (5), the selected datasets will be filtered out of the
database and transfered to a new Excel sheet:
