Insert
a 5/16” pin, dowel or bolt through the steering toggle alignment holes. See Fig.1 & Fig. 2, Page 4.
If the pin / holes do not line up, manually readjust the position of the LH front wheel.
k.
Insert
5/16” pins, dowels or bolts through the alignment holes in the Pump Control Arm. See Fig. # 9a.
The pins must pass easily through all 4 plates of each alignment hole.
Manipulate the arms manually until proper alignment is achieved.
WARNING:
Failure to remove the alignment pin will cause extensive damage to the steering linkage
arms requiring their replacement. Do Not attempt to move the steering wheel with the pins in place.

Visually check the alignment of the LH and RH Speed Control Cams. See Fig. # 10a.
They must line up equally with the slot in the control mounting plate.
If they do not, check the Speed Control Link Rod lengths and for bent or distorted components.
m. Verify that all pins pass freely through the alignment holes.
n. Tighten the hardware securing the Linkage Arms to the Drive Pumps. See Fig. # 7. Page 7.
o. Tighten the hardware securing the Control Link Arms to the Control Link Plates. See Fig. 8a. Page 7.
p. The mounting holes for the ball ends of the linkage are slotted.
q. The bolt must pass through the ball end and the slotted hole in the Control Link Plate without binding or
moving the linkage components.
r.
If binding is observed, adjust the length of the Control Link Arm Ball End to achieve proper fit.
