The NucleoCounter
Specificity
The NucleoCounter counts mammalian cell nuclei stained
with the DNA specific fluorescent dye, propidium iodide.
Sample consumption
100 µl is recommended for NucleoCassette loading.
Approximately 60 µl is loaded into the cassette.
Analysis volume
Approximately 2 µl of the sample loaded into the
NucleoCassette is transported to the chamber and is
analyzed.
Measurement range
