APPENDIX C - Warranty Repair and Service
The Brookfield Spiral Adapter is guaranteed for one year from date of purchase against defects in materials
and workmanship. The Spiral Adapter must be returned to Brookfield Engineering Laboratories, Inc.
or the Brookfield dealer from whom it was purchased for no charge warranty service. Transportation
is at the purchaser’s expense. The Spiral Adapter should be shipped together with all components
originally provided with the system. If returning to Brookfield please contact us for a return authorization
number prior to shipping.
