“Cone” side of wheel against leg
Insert the front and rear leg assemblies into tank support bracket and leg extender.

Wheels
Turn assembly upside down.
Insert axle rod through wheel, legs, tank support bracket and the other wheel. Attach with wheel bushing and hitch pin.
