(e.g. If the Direct station No. is 4.)

Enter the telephone number, then push
AUTO/MEMORY. (e.g. Phone number is 123-4567.)
•The display will show the entered telephone
number.
•To store telephone numbers in succession, repeat
steps 2 and 3.

Push a DIRECT CALL button, then push MODE to
enter the FAX No. (e.g. If the Direct station No. is 4.)

Enter the FAX number, then push AUTO/
MEMORY, (e.g. Phone number is 765-4321.)
•The display will show the entered FAX number.
•To store FAX numbers in succession, repeat
steps 2and3.
•After pushing the Direct Call button, you must push
the MODE button to store a FAX number into the
FAX memory location.
