b - For models with electronic height meter
• Check that the meter has been returned to its starting position before measuring height.
NB: If the height meter has not been returned to its starting position before use, the LCD screen displays «InIt».
Return the height meter to its starting position.
• Extend the height meter and adjust it to the person’s height. The person’s height will be displayed on the
screen. The user may also press key
[▲/Print-CE] to enter data via a keypad rather than using height meter
data.
c - Validation of the height and recording of user’s personal data
If you do not wish to store the user’s data. Confirm the height immediately by pressing key
[
/ Tare Height]
If you wish to store the user’s personal data
Before confirming the height, press and hold key
[▼\ Memory] for 3 seconds, the screen will then display
«M-00».
• On the keypad, enter the selected memory number and confirm by pressing
[
/ Tare Height]
• If the selected number has not been used before, the screen will display «-----». Press key
[
/ Tare Height]
to confirm.
• If the number selected for storing the data has been used already, the screen will display USED.
* To delete the previous record, press key
[
/ Tare Height], the screen displays CLEAR, press key
[
/ Tare Height], again to confirm the record number and height.
* If you do not wish to delete the previous record, select another number to store the data, press key
[
/ Tare Height], the screen displays «-----», press key again to confirm the record number and
height.
9) After validating the height, stay still on the scales and wait for the weight to stabilise: STA
