INSTALLING EXTENSION RAILS
See Figures 3 - 4.

Depress the locking pin and slide the extension rail into
the opening on the end of the stand.
 Repeat with the other extension rail on the opposite side
of the stand.
 Install two of the adjustment knobs into the ends of the
stand as shown. Tighten securely.
 Install the work supports into the ends of the extension
rails.
 Install the remaining two adjustment knobs into the exten-
sion rails and tighten securely.
MOUNTING THE MITER SAW BASE TO THE
STAND
See Figure 5.

Place the miter saw base on the stand so that the base is
seated firmly on the stand and the holes in the bottom of
the base are aligned with the threaded shaft of the knobs
in the stand.
 Tighten the knobs securely, but do not overtighten.
