– Maximum number of

tered for group dialing.
– Resend the document to
other recipients if neces-
sary.
– Register a different one-
touch speed dialing key
for group dialing.
HANG UP PHONE External telephone is off the
hook. Hang up the phone.
LINE IS BUSY The telephone line is busy or
there was no answer. Check if the recipient’s
number is correct or the
telephone cable is properly
connected.
