Replacing bulbs

Corner-illuminating front fog lamps fixed to
cover:
X Reinsert cover 3 ( Y page 358) into
bumper.
X Fasten screws 2 ( Y page 358).
Replacing bulbs for rear lamps
Before you start to replace a bulb for a rear
lamp, do the following:
X Switch off the ignition.
X Turn the exterior lamp switch to position
M .
Tail lamp unit
To access the tail lamp units, you first have to
remove the cover in the corresponding side
trim panel of the cargo compartment.
X Open the tailgate.
Opening the driver’s side trim panel

2 Cover
X Turn lock 1 by 90° in direction of the
arrow.
X Remove cover 2 .
Removing storage compartment

X Remove everything from storage
compartment

X Insert a suitable object such as a coin into
the slot of lock

X Turn lock 1 by 90° in direction of the
arrow.
X Remove storage compartment 2 .
