This value controls the temperature of the ACPI passive
cooling trip point - the point in which the OS will start
to throttle the CPU, either by TM1 or TM2. If DTS is
enabled only values below 97°C are valid.

This value controls the temperature of the ACPI critical
trip point - the point in which the OS will shut down the
system.
POR means 100°C for all Intel processors.
