Remember the Password
It is highly recommended to keep a record of all passwords in a safe place. Forgotten pass-
words may lead to being completely locked out of the system. Booting may not be possible,
and in worst case the uEFI BIOS Setup program will also not be accessible.
If the system cannot be booted because neither the User password nor the Administrator pass-
word are known, refer to the respective chapters providing information about clearing the uEFI
BIOS settings in the board’s user guide or contact Kontron for further assistance. Information
about clearing the uEFI BIOS settings for the CP6003-SA is provided in the CP6003-SA User
Guide, Chapter 4.1, for the CP6003-RA in the CP6003-RA/RC User Guide, Chapter 4.1, and
for the CP6003-RC in the CP6003-RA/RC User Guide, Chapter 4.2.
