Turn off the appliance, remove splash guard,

rise the motorhead disassemble whisk and

assemble beater. Add chocolate mixture to

egg whites, lower the motorhead, attach

splash guard and slowly fold mixture (as little

as possible). Turn off the appliance, remove

splash guard, rise the motorhead and pour

mixture into serving bowls and place in the

fridge to chill for at least 2 hours before

serving.

and sugar to bowl, lower motorhead, attach

splash guard and mix until creamy. Slowly

rise speed until reaching high speed. Lower

speed and add sideways the remaining

ingredients. Mix until well combined slowly

rising the speed.
Turn off the appliance, remove splash guard,

rise the motorhead and pour mixture into a

jug and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Place

tablespoon amounts of mixture into a lightly

greased frying pan until golden on each

side. Serve with butter.

Crepes

Serves 4 - 6

jug and stand for 15 minutes.Heat an electric

skillet or crepe pan. Pour about 3 table-

spoons of batter into the pan. Tilt the pan to

spread the mixture evenly. Cook over a low

heat on both sides until golden. Repeat with

remaining mixture. Serve crepes with lemon

juice and sugar.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat oven to 180°C and grease oven

trays.
Operate according to the instructions

ter, eggs, sugar and vanilla to bowl, lower

motorhead, attach splash guard and mix

until creamy. Slowly rise speed until reaching

high speed. Turn off the appliance, remove

splash guard, rise the motorhead disassem-

ble whisk and assemble dough hook. Lower

the motorhead, attach splash guard and

turn by turn add sideways flour and salt.

Mix on slow speed until combined. Add the

chocolate chips and continue to mix until the

mixture is just combined.
Turn off the appliance, remove splash guard,

rise the motorhead and with a tablespoon,

spoon mixture into small balls and place onto

the oven tray, allowing room for spreading.

Place trays into the oven and bake for 15

minutes or until cooked. Allow to cool on

trays.
