Do not connect the barbecue grill to a power supply unless completely assembled. Do not plug the supply
cable of the heating unit into the mains electricity supply when it is removed from the grill bath.

Carefully check the appliance to ensure it is complete and undamaged. You should only use the appliance if it
is complete and has not suffered any damage.

Never use an appliance or accessory that the manufacturer did not supply with or propose for use with the
appliance. The use of such appliances might lead to accidents or irregular function.

Never lay the mains cable beside or across sharp edges or hot surfaces. Never wrap the mains cable around
the cover of the appliance, do not pull the cable and do not lift the appliance with the mains cable because
the cable can break or the insulation can be damaged. A damaged cable must be replaced by an authorised
service engineer. The appliance must not be used or connected to a wall socket if the cable is damaged.

Warning! Keep the supply cable away from the hot parts of the appliance during operation.

The barbecue grill must only be used on a stable, flat surface. Ensure that it cannot be overturned on its
operating surface. Additionally prevent it being dropped into water or any other liquid. If, during operation,
the heating unit is accidentally dropped into liquid, (or if humidity penetrates the outer cover), never just
snatch it out. Instead, first unplug it, then lift the heating unit out of the liquid. Finally send the appliance to
an authorized service agent to have it checked or repaired.

Don’t put the appliance near hot objects (e.g. oven, hob, heating appliance etc.) or on any hot surface.
Don’t place the appliance anywhere it could slide down, fall or be knocked off accidentally.

Never use the grill in an area where there is inadequate space between the grill and the ceiling. Ensure free
air flow around the device during use. Do not place heat reflecting aluminium or other metal sheets around
the product, as these prevent proper ventilation during use. When locating the barbecue grill, keep it a
distance of at least 15 cm from walls.

Never run the barbecue oven idle, without having the grill tank filled with cold tap water up to the maximum
mark on its internal wall. Do not use the device without water in the grill tank to prevent overheating. During
use, take particular care to fill the grill tank with hot water. Be careful to prevent the barbecue grill from
being overturned during operation to avoid burning injuries caused by hot water spilling out.

Don’t use the appliance in the presence of explosive or inflammable gases, vapours or liquids.

Please avoid using the appliance in any place where it would be subjected to high temperatures, low
temperatures, physical shocks or vibration. The appliance is designed to be operated and stored in a situation
where temperatures are between +5° and +40° Celsius. Do not use the appliance in a wet or humid
environment.

Warning:
Do not use charcoal or flammable liquids with this device.

During operation, accessible surfaces of the appliance may become very hot. Do not touch these
surfaces during use, or during the cooling down period after use. Even accidental contact with hot
surfaces can cause burning injuries.
