The Torque Screwdriver Repair Manual was originated and first issued on December
2001. The manual will be reviewed and revised as necessary to assure that it contains the
latest changes in product or repair changes. In between revision, product bulletins may be
issued to assure any changes in product or repairs are supplied to authorized repair
facilities.
