AWARNING
1. DO NOT assemble the Dust Collector until you are
sure the tool IS NOT plugged in.
2. DO NOT assemble the Dust Collector until you are
sure the power switch is in the “OFF" position.
3. For your own safety, DO NOT connect the machine
to the power source until the machine is completely
assembled and you read and understand the entire
Owner’s Manual.
SWIVEL CASTER TO
BASE ASSEMBLY
MAKE CERTAIN THE DUST COLLECTOR IS
DISCONNECTED FROM THE POWER SOURCE.

1. Insert bolt from swivel caster through one of the
four holes (A) in the base (B), three are not shown.
See figure 5.
2. Place 3/8-16 flange hex nut onto bolt of swivel
caster and tighten.
3. Repeat Steps 1,2 and 3 for the remaining three
swivel caster assemblies.
SIDE SUPPORT ASSEMBLY
AWARNING
MAKE CERTAIN THE DUST COLLECTOR IS
DISCONNECTED FROM THE POWER SOURCE.
1. Place the base (A) in an upright position. See figure 6.
2. Align two holes in the wider end of side support (B)
with two holes (C) in the base. See figure 6.
3. Insert a 5/16-18 x 5/8” hex head screw through
each of the two holes in the side support and base.
4. Place a 5/16-18 flange hex nut onto each screw
and tighten securely.

5. Repeat Steps 1,2,3, and 4 to assemble the
second side support. See figure 7.
