Resetting the Date or Time
You can reset the date and time.

Set the camcorder
to standby mode.

Press and hold DATE [+)
and TIME (NEXT)
simultaneously until the
year flashes.
OATE(t) TIME(NEXT)

Adjust the
flashing digits
of the year,
month, day,
hour and
minutes by
pressing DATE
(+) and TIME
(NEXT). Note
that when you
keep DATE (+)
pressed, the
digits advance
faster.

Time Settings
Press TIME (NEXT)
repeatedly until the minute
digits stop Dashing. Then
repeat steps 2 and 3.
To Check the Preset Date
and Time
Press DATE( + )or TIME
(NEXT). When you press the
same button again, the
indicator goes off.

When you set the year, each
time you press DATE(+) the
digits changes as follows.

The internal clock of this
camcorder operates on a 12-
hour cycle.
12:00 AM stands for midnight.
12:00 PM stands for noon.
