Using the Touchpad
In addition to using the left and right buttons for mouse clicks, you can
tap on the touchpad to indicate mouse clicks. By default, the tapping
feature is disabled. If you wish to turn on the tapping feature, double
click the Mouse icon in the Control Panel, select the Touchpad tab, and
click the check box to enable tapping.
Outlook™ 98
□ In order for the Add New Components functionality to be available
with Microsoft® Outlook, you must first run the installation program
for Outlook from the Application Recovery CD. When prompted to
install the program, select Exit. This decompresses the software,
making the Add New Components functionality available.
□ If you restore Outlook 98 from the Application Recovery CD and
wish to use its fax capability, you should follow these steps after
restoring Outlook:
Click the Start button on the Windows® taskbar.

Point to Settings and click Control Panel.
Click Add/Remove Programs.
Double-click Microsoft Outlook 98.
Click the Add New Components button.
Click the Install from CD button. (You do not need to insert a CD.
Internet Explorer launches at this point.)

In the dialog box that says “Active Setup is about to determine what
internet components are installed on your computer”, click the Yes
button.
8 Check the box next to “Symantec Winfax Starter Edition”.

Click the Next button.
10 Click the Install Now button.
11 When the installation is complete, click the OK buttiTn.
12 Click Yes to restart your computer.
