We recommend that this performance part be installed by a qualified ATV technician. If

you have any doubts as to your ability to install this performance part, please consult

with your local ATV dealer. Read all instructions first before starting installation. Make

sure the vehicle and exhaust system are completely cool before starting the installation.

Also, make sure the vehicle is secure during installation. Be sure to save all stock

components for possible use later.

The Juice Boost™ is legal ONLY for closed course race vehicles. The Juice Boost™ is

not applicable, nor inteded for use on EMISSIONS CONTROLLED street, highway or

off-road vehicles. The Juice Boost™ is not applicable, nor inteded for use on aircraft.

This simple plug in ECU bypass changes the ECU

“Engine Control Unit” to a secondary engine managment

map designed for racing by Suzuki and hidden in your

stock ECU. This install takes minutes and plugs into the

stock wire harness under the right front bodywork. This

secondary mapping is designed for an open exhaust and

removing the airbox lid. The power increases up to 7 HP

and the REV limiter goes from 9,500 to 10,000 RPM. This

setting works very good with the Two Brothers Racing

exhaust but can be altered even more by adding the

JUICE BOX™ Premium Fuel Controller which will plug

inline from the ECU to the injector and add even more

fuel to better match the Two Brothers Racing exhaust.

You can easily add even more fuel if needed after other

engine modifications are done and more fuel is necessary

for optimum performance with the added JUICE BOX™.

Make sure the vehicle is completely cool before starting

the installation. Also, make sure the vehicle is secure and

will not roll around by setting the parking brake.

Remove headlight assembly by removing the 10mm head

bolt at the lower front of the ATV and pull light assembly

forward and down toward the ground.

Now you can locate the black plug covering the white

female connector plug. Remove the black rubber cover

and plug in the Juice Boost zip tie to wire harness.

Remove the air box lid located under the seat.

Install your Two Brothers Racing exhaust or remove the

insert inside your OEM exhaust.

Two Brothers recommends race fuel or 91 octane gas.

Re-install headlight if needed.
