Remove tail cowl mount screws. Remove RH helmet
hook. Lift tail cowl slightly and slip JUICE BOX™ between
cowl and rear frame. (Fig 5)
Lift the tail cowl and slip the JUICE BOX™ harness over
the two cowl mounts. (Fig 6)
Route and connect JUICE BOX™ ground lead. (Fig 7)
Velcro and cable tie the JUICE BOX™. (Fig 8)
NOTE: Re check your wire routing and JUICE BOX™
location and make certain that in no way the wires can
come into contact with any moving parts or high heat
source and that the JUICE BOX™ is mounted in a way as
to not cause a handling problem with the machine.
Assembly is the opposite of disassembly.

racing will repair or replace it with an equivalent product at no charge, except for postage, to the original retail purchaser.

technician. If you have any doubts as to your ability to install this performance part,
please consult with your local motorcycle dealer. Read all instructions first before
starting installation. Make sure the vehicle and exhaust system are completely cool
before starting the installation. Also, make sure the vehicle is secure during installation.
Be sure to save all stock components for possible use later.
This Juice Box is legal for use on Emissions Controlled street and highway vehicles.
The Juice Box™ is not applicable, nor inteded for use on aircraft.

Make sure the vehicle is completely cool before starting
the installation. Also, make sure the vehicle is secure and
will not roll around.
Remove trim cover screws. Remove trim covers. (Fig 1)
Remove seat mount screws, remove seat. (Fig 2)
Remove front tank stay bolts. Lift and support tank. (Fig 3)
Locate and disconnect the brown OEM connector and
plug the JUICE BOX™ harness into the brown OEM
connectors. (Fig 4)
