It will take 20 seconds after turn-on before the light
will glow steadily or before the collar will stimulate.
** If the batteries are low at the time the collar is turned
on, the low battery signal can be delayed by up to 20
seconds. Also note that in cold weather the low battery
light may come on prematurely.
