• The Bluetooth antenna is inside the right side of the headset.
Covering the right side of the headset (e.g. with your hand or
a hat or by laying down on that side) may result in no sound.
• Your Bluetooth adapter does not have the required Bluetooth
profiles (A2DP, Handset and Hands-free) in order to transmit
sound. In Vista must install a driver to get the necessary
Bluetooth profiles to listen to audio. Otherwise, Bluetooth
will not be listed as a mixer device and Vista may prompt you
to install “additional drivers” after you pair the BH200.

• Make sure that you are using the Hands-free profile, rather
than the Headset profile.
