2 Lift the connector latch and disconnect the touchpad cable from the
touchpad.
3 Remove the screws that secure the touchpad bracket to the palmrest and
keyboard assembly.
4 Lift the touchpad bracket off the palmrest and keyboard assembly.

5 Peel off the adhesive tape that secures the touchpad to the palmrest and
keyboard assembly.
