Increasing data transfer throughput from the client
You can increase the data transfer from the client to the MediaAgent by increasing the number of
Network Agents. Network Agents establish data pipes to transfer data from the client to the
MediaAgent. Therefore, increasing the number of Network Agents increases the data transfer
throughput from the client.
Follow the steps given below to increase the data transfer throughput:
1. From the CommCell Browser, navigate to | |defaultBackupSet.
2. Right-click the or and select Properties.
3. Click the Storage Devices tab and then click the Data Transfer Options tab.
