DICK-Maschinenzubehör ist ausschließlich
für den gewerblichen Einsatz konzipiert.
Die Universal-Bandschleifeinrichtung UB-3F
darf ausschließlich an die DICK-
Schleifmaschine SM-160T, SM-200T/TE/
SE oder SM-220 montiert werden. Mit der
UB-3F dürfen ausschließlich flache, sichel-
förmige und lineare Maschinen- bzw.
Kuttermesser (Schleifradius von min. 65
mm bis max. 240 mm - Mitte Auf-
nahmebohrung/Aussenkante Schneide)
am Schleifband geschliffen werden. Sämt-
liche Maschinenmesser müssen aus-
schließlich durch optional von der Firma
Friedr. Dick GmbH & Co. KG erhältlichen,
messerspezifischen Aufspannplatten bzw.
Aufspannadaptern auf die UB-3F aufge-
spannt werden.
Eine andere oder darüber hinausgehende
Benutzung gilt als nicht bestimmungsge-
mäß. Für hieraus resultierende Schäden
haftet die Firma Friedr. Dick GmbH & Co.
KG nicht. Das Risiko trägt allein der
Anwender.
Zur bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung
gehört auch das Beachten der Betriebsan-
leitung sowie die Einhaltung der Inspek-
tions- und Wartungsarbeiten.
Nicht zulässig ist das Aufspannen von
jeglichem Schleifgut ohne DICK-Original-
Aufspannmittel, das Schleifen von Maschi-
nenmessern außerhalb der angegebenen
Schleifgrößen und verschmutztem Schleif-
gut, das freihändige Schleifen am Schleif-
band bei montierter UB-3F, der Transport
der Schleifmaschine mit montierter UB-3F
und das Anbringen der Bandschleifeinrich-
tung an jegliche andere Maschinen.
Es dürfen ausschließlich Original-
Ersatzteile und Sonderzubehör von der
Firma Friedr. Dick GmbH & Co. KG benutzt
werden. DICK machine accessories are designed
exclusively for commercial use. The UB-3F
universal belt grinding device is intended
exclusively for installation on the DICK
SM-160T, SM-200T/TE/SE or SM-220
grinding machine. It is only permissible to
grind flat, sickle shaped and linear machi-
ne and cutter blades (grinding radius min.
65 mm- to max. 240 mm – from center of
mounting hole to outer edge of blade) with
the UB-3F. All machine knives must be
clamped to the UB-3F with clamping
plates or clamping adapters for the
specific type of knife available as optional
equipment from Friedr. Dick GmbH & Co.
KG.
Any other type of use going beyond this is
not intended. Friedr. Dick GmbH & Co. KG
assumes no liability for damage resulting
from use other than intended. The user
carries the sole risk.
Use as intended also includes observing
the instructions for use as well as the
inspection and maintenance work.
It is not permissible to clamp any type of
material to be ground without genuine
DICK clamps, to grind machine knifes
outside the specified grinding size, to grind
dirty material, to perform free-hand
grinding on the grinding belt when the
UB-3F is attached, to transport the
grinding machine with the UB-3F attached
or to attach the belt grinding attachment to
any other machine.
Use only genuine replacement parts and
special accessories from Friedr. Dick
GmbH & Co. KG.
Les machines DICK ont été uniquement
conçues pour être utilisées par des profes-
sionnels.
Le Dispositif universel pour bande
d’affûttage UB-3F doit être uniquement
monté sur l’affûteuse DICK SM-160T,
SM-200T/TE/SE ou SM-220. Avec le UB-
3F, seuls des couteaux mécaniques et des
cutters avec lame plate, faucille et linéaire
(rayon d’affûtage de 65 mm minimum à
240 mm maximum – milieu perçage de
positionnement/bord extérieur de la lame)
doivent être affûtés sur la bande
d’affûtage. Tous les couteaux mécaniques
doivent être montés sur le UB-3F unique-
ment au moyen de plaques de fixation ou
de raccords de fixation spécifiques pour
couteaux fournis optionnellement par la
société Friedr. Dick GmbH & Co. KG.
Toute autre utilisation ou une utilisation qui
s’étend au-delà de ce qui est mentionné
ci-dessus est considérée comme une
utilisation non conforme à l’usage prévu.
La société Friedr. Dick GmbH & Co. KG
n’est pas responsable des dommages qui
découleraient d’une utilisation non
conforme. Seul l’utilisateur en assume les
risques.
On entend par utilisation conforme à
l’usage prévu également le respect des
instructions données dans le mode
d’emploi et le respect des intervalles
d’inspection et d’entretien.
La fixation de tout autre matériel à affûter
sans dispositif de fixation DICK d’origine,
l’affûtage de couteaux mécaniques ne
correspondant pas aux dimensions
d’affûtage indiquées et de matériel à
affûter souillé, l’affûtage à main levée sur la
bande d’affûtage avec le UB-3F monté, le
transport de l’affûteuse avec le UB-3F
monté et le montage du support pour
affûteuse à bande sur toutes autres
machines sont interdits.
Seule l’utilisation de pièces de rechange
d’origine et d’accessoires spéciaux de la
société Friedr. Dick GmbH & Co. KG est
autorisée.
