33 Troubleshooting
Problem Problem Area Solutions
Liquid will not induct Chemical Induc-
tor Make sure the valve below the inductor tank is open
Make sure the pump is in operation and has prime
Make sure the venturi bypass valve is open
Inductor overflow Chemical Induc-
tor Close valve below inductor tank until pump is running, has pressure and ven-
turi valve is open
Boom will not fold Hydraulic block
assembly Check electrical connections
Check for leakage at the valve and at the cylinders
Check fold switch at ends of center section
Check solenoid valves at the block
Multiple turret nozzle bod-
ies will not turn Wet boom Spray silicone based lubricant into open turret and work loose. DO NOT use
petroleum base lubricant as this will cause seals to swell and rotation will
become impossible.
