7 Assembly Instructions
Yield-Pro® Row Cleaner Installa-
tion on Unit Mount Coulter
Double Arm
Refer to Figure 2
NOTE: The coulter disk is removed from drawing
for clarity of instructions.
1. Assemble row cleaners to the row cleaner
arms.
2. Insert the arm pivot bushings (1) in the lower
holes of the unit mount coulter frame (2). In-
sert the bushings from the outside and press
until the shoulder of the bushing rests against
the frame.
3. Insert the bushings (1) into the unit mount
coulter then insert the pivot tube (3).
NOTE: With 15” blades use the lower holes. With
14” blades use the lower holes. Refer to Opera-
tor’s/Parts Manuals for proper assembly of Van-
tage III with Row Cleaner.
4. Align the holes of the rigid row cleaner (4) with
the lower holes of the coulter frame (2).
5. Insert the 1/2” x 1 3/4” carriage bolts (5) into
the pivot tubes (3).
NOTE: Insert the bolts from the inside so the nuts
will be on the outside of the frame.
6. Thread on the 1/2” flange nuts (6) and tighten.
