STEP 10 Attach Shade

A. Adjust the another hex nut on the Nipple with Hex Nuts (P) to
proper locations for rest components.
B. Pass the following components over the end of the Nipple in
turn:
Spacer Tube (Q), Check Ring (R), Shade Stop (K), Shade
(T), Rubber Washer (L) and Flat Washer (M).
Secure them by threading the Hex Nut (D) onto the Nipple
(P). Tighten gently until snug.

STEP 9 Attach Nipple with Hex Nuts to
Socket Assembly

A. Screw one end of the Nipple with Hex Nuts (P) into the
coupling underside of the Socket Assembly (O). Using
pliers, thread one hex nut against the coupling and
hand tighten until snug.

STEP 11 Attach Cap

A. Place the Cap (N) over the nipple extruding from the bottom
of the Shade (T) and secure with the Finial (S). Hand tighten
until snug.
