[Function] Specifying/Canceling the double height character

[Outline] The data following this command is printed in double height characters, except the bit
image mode "K" and "L". In combination with the command, this
command can print double height, double width characters.
It cannot be combined with the inverted character command, . The double height
characters and ordinary characters shall be bottom-justified.
