ASSEMBLY

SuperJaws requires fitting of the rear handle before use.

Fit the Rear Carry Handle (16) to the welded bracket and

fasten the handle into position with the bolt and locking

knob provided

SETTING UP

SuperJaws is simple to set up, and with a small amount

of practice you will find it takes only seconds to master.

However, it is important the correct procedure is followed

to prevent damage. Read and follow these instructions

carefully when setting up this tool.
1. With SuperJaws placed upside down, loosen the Rear

Leg Lock Lever (13) and slide the Rear Leg (15) from its

stored position in the direction, as shown in Fig 1

2. Pivot the rear leg fully in the direction shown in Fig 2
3. Slide the rear leg into position, as shown in Fig 3, and

re-tighten the Rear Leg Lock Lever (13)

4. Pivot the Foot Pedal (11) in the direction shown in Fig 4.

It will click into the correct position

5. Pivot the two Front Legs (8), as shown in Fig 5, until

both click into position

6. Pivot the Rear Stability Foot (14), as shown in Fig 6,

then tighten the lever so it is locked into position

7. Turn over the SuperJaws so it is in the upright position.

Check Front Leg Lock Indicators (7) show the lock

symbol for both legs as shown in Fig 7 and that the

SuperJaws is stable and secure

SuperJaws is now ready to be used. The Front Carry

Handle (5) and Rear Carry Handle (16) allow the tool to be

moved easily, as shown in Fig 8.

Folding
Folding SuperJaws mainly follows the procedure of setting

up, but in reverse.
1. Remove any workpiece from the jaws and ensure the

Lock/Unlock Switch (6) is set to the unlock position.

2. Turn SuperJaws upside down
3. Release each of the Front Leg Locks (17) and fold each

of the Front Legs (8) down as shown in Fig 9
