Full Reset/All Clear
To perform a complete reset of the unit,
press [Reset] and [Subtract/Count]
together.
Changing Measurement Units
Press and hold [Subtract/Count] and
press [Mode] to switch between units.
You can also convert values from Impe-
rial Units (English) to Metric Units
within the Imperial mode. However,
you cannot convert values from Imper-
ial to Metric when in Metric mode.
Using the Custom Scale/Ruler
The default value (after a full reset) for
Custom Scale is one-to-one (1 foot
equals 1 foot). This lets you use your
Scale Master Classic as a rolling ruler (in
Feet-Inches), which is especially useful
for measuring irregular shapes.
