• Fit a support to one side of the sport bar.
• Insert a #8 - 32 x 1

" screw through the support, the
sport bar and out through the support.
• Fit a #8 acorn lock nut to the end of the screw.
• While holding the acorn lock nut with an adjustable
wrench or pliers, tighten the screw.
• Repeat this procedure to fasten the other support to the
sport bar.

• Fit the sport bar assembly into the holes in the top
side of the vehicle.
• Push down firmly on a sport bar support while pulling
up on the side fender to fit the sport bar into the
vehicle.
• Repeat this procedure on the other side of the vehicle.
• Turn the vehicle on its side.
• Insert two #10 x
3 /
4
" screws into the holes (behind the
rear wheels) in the underside of each rear wheel well,
through the vehicle and into the ends of the sport bar.
Tighten the screws.
• Next, insert two #10 x 3 /
4
" screws into the holes (in
front of the rear wheels) in the underside of each
wheel well, through the vehicle and into the ends of
the sport bar. Tighten the screws.

• Fit a door into the groove on the side of the dash.
Hint: Each door is designed to fit one way. If the door
does not fit, try the other door.
