2. Hang each of the hangers. Hanger A is going onto the Down
Pipe Hangers B and C will serve a dual purpose acting as both
clamps and hangers on the muffler. In order to hang the Hangers
D and E, you will need to install the Hanger Brackets. No drilling
is required as there are already holes in the frame at the correct
locations.
3. Install the Down Pipe by hanging it from the hanger and secur-
ing it to the turbo with the stock band clamp. When installing the
Down Pipe in order to get it to seal correctly with the turbo, you
may need to loosen a bolt that is holding the Hanger A Grommet.
Once everything is lined up and the stock band clamp is tight-
ened, then tighten back up the bolt that is holding the Hanger
A Grommet.
4. Install the 48” Straight Pipe by connecting it to the Down Pipe with
one of the supplied clamps. At this point do not tighten the
clamp completely until the entire exhaust is installed.
