Introduction
Connecting a mismatch of a known value and measuring it with the Antenna Tes-
ter provides a test to determine the degree of measurement accuracy.
Measurement accuracy is specified to be ± 0.040 of Rho (p), where:
Because of the manufacturing tolerance, each mismatch is analyzed across the
frequency band of the Antenna Tester. Rho data is recorded so that future com-
parisons can be made without regard to the manufacturing tolerance.
This verification kit is used to verify Antenna Tester performance. It is intended
for use with the AT-800 Antenna Tester. These instructions were written with the
understanding that the operator is familiarwith the operation of the Antenna Tes-
ter. Refer to the Antenna Tester Operator Manualfor more information.
