12. After freeze-drying process finished,
turn “VENT” face of the vacuum valve
upward
• Turn “VENT” face of the vacuum valve upward in order
to return the inside of the sample container to normal
atmosphere pressure. Then, remove the container.
Keep the container securely by hands so as not to fall.
13. Return inside of the chamber to
normal atmosphere pressure • When drying of all samples are completed, and the
container is removed, turn one of the vacuum valves
gradually so that “VAC” face turns upward, and return
the inside of the chamber to normal atmosphere
pressure.
14.Turn OFF the vacuum pump

• Switch OFF the vacuum pump switch after the inside of
the chamber is returned to normal atmosphere
pressure.
