MAINTENANCE
Note: Each pad channel on this vacuum lifter has an independent vacuum generating system.
All directions about controls and other operating features in the MAINTENANCE section must be
carried out for both pad channels, in order to fulfill inspection, testing and maintenance
requirements. Refer to
SERVICE MANUAL #36100 when applicable.
Make sure both batteries are disconnected before servicing lifter.

Perform inspections routinely, according to the following frequency schedule. If any deficiency is
detected, correct it before using the lifter (see SERVICE MANUAL when necessary) and perform
the next most frequent inspection.

The Frequent Inspection is also required whenever the lifter is out of service for 1 month or more.

to Wood’s Powr-Grip or an authorized dealer for repair (see LIMITED WARRANTY).
