Shoot another bolt and observe point-of-impact. If close to the
desired impact point, move back to a distance of 20 yards and
repeat. Make further windage and elevation adjustments until
main crosshair is zeroed at the 20-yard distance. Remember
that at 20 yards, each turret click yields .2 inches of travel
adjustment. When satisfied with the 20-yard sight-in, replace
the turret caps.

Sight In and Shooting

With a safe backstop, begin sighting in the Crossbow scope
at a distance of ten yards. Using the central crosshair wire,
shoot one bolt and observe where it hits.

Use the Crossbow scope’s adjustment turrets to move the
point-of-impact to the desired amount as described in the
Windage and Elevation Adjustment section. If your crossbow
has an adjustable base, use it for the initial windage and elevation
corrections.

Remember that at ten yards, each click on the turret knobs
will only yield .1 inch of travel (three inches per full knob
revolution). Rotate the knobs in the direction you wish the
point-of-impact to move.

Now that the center crosshair is zeroed to 20 yards, the first
line down will provide an accurate 30-yard reference, the
second line down will work for targets at a 40-yard distance,
and the bottom line provides a reference for targets at a 50-
yard distance.
