Be sure to disconnnect the battery of your vehicle before starting on this procedure. Accidential starting of the vehicle could cause

injury to you or others around you during the installation.
BED REMOVAL: RZR AND RZRS
1- Remove seats from vehicle.
2- Remove rear main service panel (behind seats).
3- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
4- Disconnect the tail light wire. This is located right above the stock air box cover. See Picture 1.
5- Standard RZR models. With multi function pliers supplied in your RZR tool kit remove 6 plastic push rivets. See Picture 2.
On RZRs models remove rear roll cage section by removing the eight bolts (1/2” hex and ¼” hex key) that attach cage section. Next remove fender
flares from bed by removing ten Torx® drive screws (A), two Phillips head screws (B) and six plastic push rivets (C). See Picture 3.
