Remove the Transfer Tube
from the Blade Guard inlet,
go to Step C
(A)
Check Flow Adjusting
Clamp is open. If flow exists,
go to Step B
(C)
Place Pump into a bucket of
water and check flow. If flow
exists, go to Step D
(E)
Remove the Pump Discharge
Fitting and check flow. If flow
exists, go to Step F.

Remove the Transfer Tube
and check flow. If flow exists,
go to Step F

Remove the Pump Intake
Screen and check for debris.
If flow exists, go to Step G.

Remove the Blade Guard
Intake Fitting, go to Step H.

Clean the Blade Guard
Intake Fitting, go to Step I.

Rod Cooling Channels and
recheck flow
“Rodding" coolant channels is performed by inserting a small wire rod through
the inlet on top of the Blade Guard and directing the rod out through each of the
flow tubes located on the underside of the Blade Guard. The channels should
be “rodded" until all ports are free of foreign debris.
