Maintenance & Repairs
2.1 Repairs
Check all screws and bolts after first week of use and tighten screws and bolts where necessary to ensure
safe operation of the table.
If the table cannot be raised or lowered, check the cable connection between the handset unit and the
motor units (leg system), as well as between the power unit and the mains outlet.
If the table still does not respond, the handset unit may have triggered the overheating protection or the
intermittency protection. Please wait for at least nine minutes and try again before proceeding with other
measures.
If a control unit must be replaced, it must first be reset before it can be used. To do this, follow these steps:
1.
Press and hold "Up" and "Down" button simultaneously for 7 seconds
2. Lower table to lowest point by pressing "Down" button
3. Table is ready to use
Should the table still not work as intended after taking these measures, please contact your vendor for
further assistance. For instructions on the installation and care of the desktop, please follow the
instructions from the manufacturer.
2.2 Care Instructions (frame)
Clean the frame by wiping it down with a microfiber cloth moistened with a standard household cleaning
solution. Never use solvents or abrasive or corrosive compounds.
