2 Loom Clamps (for install on quick links)
1 Loom Clamp (pre-installed on rear, center strap)
2 S Hooks (pre-installed)
Step 1: Position LittleBig Tarp™
Lay LittleBig Tarp™ over LittleGiant Trailer™, without Battens. From front of trailer, seams should fit to
front of endgate.
Step 2: Attach Front Endgate O-Rings and Hardware
Engage (3) O-Rings with the 3 front tonneau clips on the tarp.
Tension LittleBig Tarp™ slightly. Mark holes for (3) 10-32 Phillips Head Screws
on the front endgate. Drill (3) 3/16” holes at marked locations.
Attach loom clamps on O-Rings to front endgate using the (3) 10-32 Phillips
Head Screws, (6) washers, and (3) Nyloc nuts. Reattach O-Rings to tonneau clips.
To operate the clip, grab where notched and pull upward to open clip.
This motion enables the O-Ring to pass through the clip.
Step 3: Insert Battens
Insert Battens, evenly seperated. Batten ends are inserted into the
C Channel located along the top of the trailer sidewalls.
