Side Load Rack Assembly
Using a Wire lock Pin attach the Uprights to the Support Feet as shown in the picture. Now attach the support
bracket on the Uprights using a second wire lock pin.
Step 2: Attach the Uprights
With the Support Bracket on the Uprights, align the Support Bracket on the U tube and mark the top of the bracket
with a marker. Now take the support bracket out from the uprights and align it on the U tube with the previously
marked spot as shown and mark the hole location on the U-tube.
Use a small drill bit to drill a pilot hole. Now use a 5/16” drill bit to drill the hole out. Attach the Support Bracket on
the U-tube with the hardware provided.
Step 3: Attach the Support Bracket to U-Tube
Assembly
The Side Load Rack attaches to U-tubes #2 and #7. Using a drill with a 1/2” Socket and a 1/2” Wrench remove the
nuts from the floor of the #2 and #7 U Tube. Place the Support Foot under the trailer and align with trailer frame.
Tighten nuts to hold it in place. Use a hammer if necessary to tap it gently into place and to straighten out.
Repeat for the second U-tube.
